Are all products personalized?
No. Custom portraits and live-personalized keepsakes remain our specialty, while Studio Editions are finished designs you can order exactly as shown.
Can I order two matching ornaments?
Yes. Couples and New Home ornaments are available as one ornament or a matching set of two.
What happens if I change a name or year?
The approval is cleared automatically so you can check the updated preview again before adding it to your bag.
When does production begin?
Only after the relevant preview or final proof is approved. Your order keeps a record of the approved configuration.
